The electronic signature by means of a signature pad is increasingly gaining in importance. Because media breaks are avoided, there are many benefits to be derived here.
In order to enable you to fully integrate these benefits into your existing document infrastructure, we have realized the smooth integration of signatures for you. The integration of electronic signatures in CIB view / format is an innovation of current relevance. To use it, only marginal changes need to be made to the RTF documents. On the software side, the signature request is made automatically by the relevant document in CIB view and can optionally be suppressed by the calling program.
The signature furnished via a signature pad can be freely placed anywhere in the document. With CoMod , the document containing the signature can be treated like any other document. Using the various CIB format components, the document can be converted to the desired output format. In this way, the signed document can be passed on directly to your archiving system e.g. by means of CIB format / tiff.
Optimize your business processes using:
- Dialog-controlled signing and the resulting possibility of correcting an unsuccessful signature
