Your tasks
- Elaboration of answers to various legal questions, especially in labour law and commercial law
- Comparative legal analysis, usually between German and Spanish law
- Synthesis of complex contents in order to present them in a comprehensible manner
- Drafting and review of contracts, as well as their legal assessment and risk assessment
- Support in the effective implementation of privacy and personal data protection policies
- Contact and coordination with external legal advisors and notary offices
Your profile
- Bachelor´s degree in Law or equivalent qualification
- Advanced knowledge (B2 or higher) of German and English
Would be an asset:
- Staatsexamen (Germany) – Master of Access to the Legal Profession (Spain)
- Training in digital law (IT-ICT), and/or data protection
- Working experience in legal departments or in legal counselling
- High knowledge of Microsoft Office package and handling of digital tools
- High attention to detail, analytical skills and own initiative
- Team-oriented and able to work independently
