The following information, in particular, may be relevant for maintaining a reliable audit trail:<\/p><ul><li>Which model was used?<\/li><li>With what prompt?<\/li><li>Who reviewed and approved the result?<\/li><\/ul><p>For organizations that integrate AI into their operations via a business process management platform, this means that traceability must be embedded in the process itself, rather than reconstructed after the fact.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00777ae elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"00777ae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">CIB seven: Logging AI Interactions in the Process <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e8b9af3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e8b9af3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"translation-block\">To meet these requirements, <strong>CIB seven<\/strong> offers the <strong>AI Agent<\/strong> Connector. The process context is just as important: Where does a document come from? Who processed which step? Which transaction ID is associated with the workflow?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-908d57a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"908d57a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"translation-block\">Such information can be mapped in a <strong> low-code process platform <\/strong> such as <a href=\"\/en\/flow\/\" target=\"_self\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>CIB flow <\/strong><\/span><\/a> using process variables and unique operation IDs.
