His analogy came from basketball: good individual players are not enough; it is the way the team works together that makes the difference.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/dominik-horn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Dominik Horn<\/span><\/a>, co-founder and transformation lead at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.miragon.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Miragon<\/span><\/a>, described how AI has transformed the software development of an intralogistics solution at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dmtech.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">dmTECH<\/span><\/a> and how AI and BPMN can be combined in this process.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/dirkbudke\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Dirk Budke<\/span><\/a>, Head of Development at <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">mesoneer<\/span><\/a>, explored whether AI agents will replace traditional workflows and examined the role structured processes will continue to play in an increasingly AI-driven working environment.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/prozesse-in-unternehmen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Marcin Pankowski<\/span><\/a>, Business Process Engineer at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.piu.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">PiU<\/span><\/a>, demonstrated how process automation supports banks and insurance companies in customer verification based on the \u201cKnow Your Customer\u201d principle.<\/li><\/ul><p>The focus was not solely on technical solutions. Issues such as long-term maintainability, open standards, and the integration of new technologies also played an important role.<\/p><p>Between the presentations, the day provided opportunities for one-on-one conversations. Over lunch and during networking sessions, participants were able to make connections, share experiences, and gain new ideas for their own projects.
