Wir kannten uns zwar nicht pers\u00f6nlich, aber nach unseren Telefongespr\u00e4chen wusste ich, dass du ein richtiges Match f\u00fcr uns werden w\u00fcrdest! Ich spielte damals mit dem Gedanken, zur\u00fcck nach Hamburg, Berlin oder K\u00f6ln zu ziehen. Doch dann kam dein Anruf und die Nachricht, ich k\u00f6nnte f\u00fcr ein deutsches Unternehmen auf Gran Canaria arbeiten: a match<\/em> made in heaven! Nach unseren Gespr\u00e4chen war ich dann auch sehr motiviert, mich bei CIB zu bewerben. Seitdem l\u00e4uft alles wie geschmiert!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ich h\u00e4tte mir mein Gespr\u00e4ch mit Cristina und Alberto nicht besser vorstellen k\u00f6nnen. Die Atmosph\u00e4re war entspannt, fast famili\u00e4r. Ich wurde nicht ausgequetscht und habe selber Fragen gestellt. Es war eine sehr positive Erfahrung!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Gl\u00fccklicherweise bist du jetzt bei uns als Applikations-Entwickler unterwegs. Was sind die Themen, die dich seit deiner Anstellung besch\u00e4ftigen \u2013 bist du beruflich gewachsen und konntest du dich fachlich weiterentwickeln?<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Zun\u00e4chst arbeitete ich als Webentwickler mit Frameworks und Technologien, mit denen ich nie zuvor zu tun hatte. Seitdem arbeite ich an unterschiedlichen Webapplications \u2013 backend und frontend. Langweilig war und ist mir nie. Besonders n\u00fctzlich sind meine Java-Kenntnisse aus meiner Ausbildung. Im Team sind alle hilfsbereit und ich lerne t\u00e4glich Neues hinzu. Besser geht\u2019s kaum!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
