M\u00fcnchen, 11. April 2019 \u2013 CIB software GmbH, das innovative Softwareunternehmen f\u00fcr Output- und Dokumentenmanagement, k\u00fcndigt eine neue Version der CIB doXisafe App f\u00fcr Android und iOS an. doXisafe ist eine mobile App f\u00fcr Smartphones und Tablets mit vielen eindrucksvollen Funktionen rund um das Scannen, Verwalten und Teilen von Dokumenten.<\/p>\n

Wesentliche Funktionen der CIB doXisafe App:<\/strong><\/p>\n

SCANNEN:<\/strong> Im Handumdrehen scannen und Fotos von Dokumenten machen! F\u00fcr noch bessere Scan-Ergebnisse kann die CIB doXibox genutzt werden, die Smartphones und Tablets in mobile Dokumentenscanner verwandelt.<\/p>\n

VERWALTEN:<\/strong> Alle Dateien k\u00f6nnen unabh\u00e4ngig von ihrem Format angezeigt und \u00fcber ihren Namen oder indizierten Inhalt gesucht werden. Bereits abgelegte PDF-Dateien lassen sich mit anderen Dokumenten zu mehrseitigen PDFs zusammenf\u00fcgen. Gedruckter oder geschriebener Text kann mithilfe von OCR erkannt werden – sogar auf Bildern!<\/p>\n

Dokumentenkomprimierung mit beeindruckendem Ergebnis:<\/strong> Mit dem nun in der doXisafe App integrierten CIB fluXkomprimator<\/strong> lassen sich PDF-Dateien deutlich verkleinern. Die Dateigr\u00f6\u00dfe kann in der Regel auf weit unter 100 KB pro Seite, ohne Qualit\u00e4tsverlust in der Lesbarkeit der Dokumente, reduziert werden. Somit k\u00f6nnen Dokumente, selbst bei limitierter Daten\u00fcbertragungsrate, schnell und in hoher Qualit\u00e4t geteilt werden.<\/p>\n

Vertrauliche Daten werden mit einer Ende-zu-Ende-Verschl\u00fcsselung, mit AES-256-Standard, gesch\u00fctzt. Au\u00dferdem k\u00f6nnen Dateien in verschiedene Dateitypen exportiert werden.<\/p>\n

TEILEN:<\/strong> Dateien einfach \u00fcber einen automatisch generierten Freigabelink mit einer ausgew\u00e4hlten E-Mail-Adresse teilen. Auch mit einem QR-Code bzw. benutzerdefinierten doXisafe Code, welcher bereits auf den Inhalt eines Dokuments hinweist, m\u00f6glich.
\nDie Nutzung von Optical Wireless Communication (OWC) erlaubt die Daten\u00fcbertragung mit der Smartphone-Kamera von einem Ger\u00e4t auf ein anderes, direkt vor Ort und ohne jegliche Verbindung zwischen den Ger\u00e4ten. Dateien werden auf sicheren Servern in Deutschland gespeichert und k\u00f6nnen bedenkenlos von \u00fcberall abgerufen werden.<\/p>\n

In K\u00fcrze: Nutzer k\u00f6nnen sich \u00fcber doXisafe auch mit Konten ihrer Cloud-Dienste wie Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive oder Dropbox verbinden! Um Dateien zu suchen verl\u00e4sst sich CIB doXisafe auf den Index von Lucene Open Source Search Engine. Dabei werden Text und Metadaten der Dokumente abgerufen und in einer Datenbank abgelegt, die sie in Echtzeit indiziert. Alle Inhalte der Dokumente sind durchsuchbar, sobald der Index aktualisiert wurde. Dank der Erstellung von durchsuchbaren PDF-Dateien durch Texterkennung k\u00f6nnen auch sehbehinderte Menschen einfach auf den Inhalt der Dokumente zugreifen.<\/p>\n

To search files, doXisafe relies on the index created by the Lucene open source search engine by fetching text and metadata from documents, and storing them in a database which is indexed in real time.
