Processamento de documentos no CIB doXiview<\/strong><\/p><p>Para utilizar o CIB doXiview, \u00e9 tecnicamente necess\u00e1rio que os documentos e conte\u00fados sejam carregados no servidor da CIB para processamento. A base jur\u00eddica \u00e9 o art. 6 p. 1 S 1 lit. b do RGPD. Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o do processamento, todos os documentos, imagens e edi\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o completamente removidos dos servidores da CIB atrav\u00e9s de um processo de elimina\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica. Os servidores da CIB est\u00e3o localizados exclusivamente na Europa.<\/p><p><strong>ii. Liberta\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos para \"Big Data\"<\/strong><\/p><p>Para apoiar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o em IA do CIB, pode divulgar voluntariamente documentos para Big Data. Os documentos confidenciais ou que contenham dados pessoais est\u00e3o exclu\u00eddos da divulga\u00e7\u00e3o. Antes de submeter um documento \u00e0 cole\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos do CIB, pode suprimir o conte\u00fado confidencial e os dados pessoais. A publica\u00e7\u00e3o do documento deve ser explicitamente activada pelo utilizador.<\/p><p><strong>iii. Error reporting<\/strong><\/p><p>Se tiver problemas com o CIB doXiview, tem a possibilidade de enviar um relat\u00f3rio de erro ao CIB. Ao faz\u00ea-lo, recolhemos os seguintes dados, que s\u00e3o tecnicamente necess\u00e1rios para a corre\u00e7\u00e3o do erro e para garantir a estabilidade e a seguran\u00e7a (a base jur\u00eddica \u00e9 o artigo 6.\u00ba, n.\u00ba 1, S. 1, al\u00ednea f), do RGPD):<\/p><ul><li>Tipo e vers\u00e3o do browser<\/li><li>Hora da consulta do servidor<\/li><\/ul><p>Estas informa\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o absolutamente necess\u00e1rias para a transmiss\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica da p\u00e1gina web e para o funcionamento seguro do servidor. N\u00e3o existe uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o personalizada destes dados.<\/p><p>Durante um relat\u00f3rio de erros, pode tamb\u00e9m apresentar voluntariamente o documento afetado. O documento afetado ser\u00e1 armazenado para an\u00e1lise posterior. Estes e outros dados pessoais recolhidos atrav\u00e9s do canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o utilizados exclusivamente para a an\u00e1lise do erro e para responder aos seus pedidos de apoio, n\u00e3o sendo partilhados com terceiros fora do grupo CIB. A base jur\u00eddica para este efeito \u00e9 o artigo 6.\u00ba, n.\u00ba 1, frase 1, al\u00ednea b) do RGPD.<\/p><p><strong>iv. Fun\u00e7\u00e3o de tradu\u00e7\u00e3o (API DeepL)<\/strong><\/p><p>Pode, voluntariamente, enviar excertos de texto ou o texto completo para tradu\u00e7\u00e3o pela DeepL. A tradu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 realizada atrav\u00e9s da API da DeepL exclusivamente para fins de tradu\u00e7\u00e3o. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 armazenamento do conte\u00fado por n\u00f3s ou pela DeepL; o conte\u00fado \u00e9 processado apenas de forma transit\u00f3ria e fica vis\u00edvel apenas durante a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da fun\u00e7\u00e3o de tradu\u00e7\u00e3o.
