Seit dem Start des Programms vor zehn Jahren haben bereits sechs CIB-Mitarbeiterinnen und -Mitarbeiter endg\u00fcltig mit dem Rauchen aufgeh\u00f6rt. Das Programm ist einfach und effektiv: Wer es schafft, sechs Monate lang nicht zu rauchen, erh\u00e4lt eine Teilpr\u00e4mie.
