Privacy policy for the CIB flow App

1. Information on the processing of personal data

(1) In the following we inform you about the processing of personal data when using the CIB flow App. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, for example name, address, e-mail addresses, user behaviour.

(3) When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, name and telephone number, if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data accruing in this context after storage is no longer necessary (e.g. after processing your enquiry has been completed) or restrict processing if there are legal obligations to retain data.

(4) If we use commissioned service providers for individual functions of our offer or wish to use your data for advertising purposes, we will always carefully select and monitor these service providers and inform you in detail about the respective processes below. In doing so, we will also state the defined criteria for the storage period.

3. Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten bei Nutzung der CIB flow App

(1) Bei Herunterladen der mobilen App werden die erforderlichen Informationen an den App Store übertragen. Auf diese Datenverarbeitung haben wir keinen Einfluss und sind nicht dafür verantwortlich. Wir verarbeiten die Daten nur, soweit es für das Herunterladen von CIB flow app auf Ihr mobiles Endgerät notwendig ist. Weitere Informationen finden Sie unter policies.google.com/privacy

(2) Bei Nutzung der CIB flow App verarbeiten wir die nachfolgend beschriebenen personenbezogenen Daten, um die komfortable Nutzung der Funktionen zu ermöglichen. Wenn Sie die CIB flow App nutzen möchten, verarbeiten wir die folgenden Daten, die für uns technisch erforderlich sind, um Ihnen die Funktionen unserer mobilen App anzubieten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO:
– Zugriffsdaten für CIB-internes Nutzerkonto, Zugangstoken
– ggf. Inhaltsdaten der Prozesserstellung und Prozessbearbeitung

Ihre Daten werden von uns vertraulich behandelt und gelöscht, wenn Sie die Rechte zur Nutzung widerrufen oder diese zur Erbringung der Leistungen nicht mehr erforderlich sind und keine rechtlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.

(3) Absturzberichte durch Firebase Crashlytics

a. Zur Gewährleistung von Stabilität und Sicherheit der CIB flow App, benötigen wir Absturzberichte. Zur Erstellung von anonymisierten Absturzberichten nutzen wir „Firebase Crashlytics“. Anbieter ist Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Verantwortliche Stelle für Nutzer in der EU/ dem EWR und der Schweiz ist Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Irland („Google“).

b. If a crash occurs, information (e.g. the timestamp of the crash; the name and version number of the operating system of the device; the model name of the device, the CPU architecture, the amount of RAM and storage space) will be transmitted to Google’s servers in the USA. This information may also include the following personal data

Crashlytics installation UUIDs.
Stack traces when the application crashes or an error occurs.
Breakpad mini-dump formatted data (NDK crashes only).

Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Bei der CIB flow App handelt es sich zurzeit um eine interne Vorabversion. Die Absturzberichte werden zur Entwicklung und Verbesserung der App genutzt. Wenn Sie dieser Datenerhebung nicht zustimmen möchte, müssen Sie die Applikation in der Vorabversion deinstallieren.

c. Google stores the collected data for 90 days.

(4) We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google tools.

4. Abschließendes

(1) Our business operations require that data is collected and processed. Where data collection and processing take place, data protection and data security must be guaranteed. This is not only a legal requirement for us, but a real concern.
