Intelligent document search

Technology behind CIB smartER
CIB smartER is based on state-of-the-art AI technology and combines semantic search, vector storage, and powerful large language models (LLMs). The solution uses RAG approaches and Llama Index to intelligently extract information from documents, emails, and forms and make it available directly in workflows.

Cooperation with and funding from leading institutions
Further developed as part of the R&D service project “KnowHow” in cooperation with the Austrian Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs (BMEIA) and the AIT, CIB smartER sets new standards in intelligent information search.
The research project is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection as part of the ZIM program and supports the digital transformation of document processing.
