The 3rd CIB User Group for banks is in the starting blocks! On May 20 and 21, 50 participating banks, including cooperative banks, private banks and PSD banks, will meet with us in Berlin.
Common goals
As experts in digitization and developers of the forms management system for banks in Germany, this working group especially addresses all users of our software among the banks formed under the umbrella of Atruvia AG.
The CIB User Groups enable and promote collaboration and the exchange of information between the users of our digitalization solutions and CIB as a software manufacturer. We thus create a network in which experience, training, use cases, and ideas for optimizing and expanding our solutions are exchanged.
For attendees, these meetings are an excellent opportunity to exchange practical information, network, and share valuable tips and tricks for working with our tools.

Know-how transfer in the community
Over two days, the participants deepen their know-how with the CIB workbench and CIB coSys, our specialized text organization tool with template management. In addition to the practical and professional exchange of tips & tricks and best practices, our meeting will serve to build a community via our platform and as an exchange platform for individual forms or bank templates.
Many experts will provide specialist presentations and practical tips & tricks:
- Textorganisatoren und Textorganisatorinnen teilen ihre Erfahrungen und praxisnahe Empfehlungen.
- CIB experts for artificial intelligence and digitalization, with Managing Director Frank Sebold,t show the possibilities and provide detailed insights into the automation of banking applications with our BPM platform CIB flow and CIB KI modules.
- CIB consultant Sascha Proske and Automation Manager Vincent Roth will provide valuable insights in a series of presentations and tips & tricks sessions.
- CIB User Group Partner Trinext presents best practices for the use of Nextfolder and shows how improvements can be achieved in practice through automation.
- Product developer Dragan Klein (Atruvia AG) and process expert Daniel Jacobi (Volksbank Backnang) will each provide interesting insights into control options and banking process optimization with artificial intelligence.
- Tobias Schrödel, Germany's first “IT comedian”, provides interesting entertainment and a humorous look at the digital threat landscape with his live act.

We would like to thank all the participants of this 3rd CIB User Group for the many interesting contributions and for being part of our community.
