Last Wednesday, the successful third CIB User Group meeting concluded in Berlin, with 50 German banks in attendance.
In just under two weeks, on May 20 and 21, 50 participating banks, including cooperative banks, private banks and PSD banks, will meet with us in Berlin.
With the coming into force in Germany of the Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG) on June 28, 2025, banks and financial service providers are faced with the challenge of making their digital documents accessible. In particular, PDF documents sent to customers online or by email must comply with the new legal requirements.
The 2nd CIB User Group for banks will meet on May 14 and 15 in Münster: 40 German banks are attending, including PSD Bank, private and cooperative banks.

Our first CIB User Group for private and VR banks took place in Munich on 19 and 20 October. Around 55 participants from 40 banks from all over Germany took advantage of the two-day event to discuss process and digitalization solutions with us.
This week, colleagues from all over Germany are gathering at our Munich location to take part in a series of events. The mood is full of anticipation for productive days with the opportunity to make new contacts and deepen existing ones.
The CIB User Groups facilitate and promote collaboration and the exchange of information between the users of our digitization solutions and us as the software developer. In this way, we create a network where experiences, training, use cases, and ideas for optimizing and expanding our solutions are shared.
