Your tasks

  • Office and facilities management: Oversee the office infrastructure and coordinate the maintenance of space to ensure a safe and functional environment. Assist in the management of other company properties to ensure their smooth operation.
  • Reception and support: Be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, providing professional assistance and a welcoming experience.
  • Correspondence management and switchboard: Process and distribute incoming mail, answer telephone calls and facilitate internal and external communications.
  • Travel and Event Planning: Coordinate business travel and organise internal and external events to ensure they run smoothly.
  • Purchasing and supply management: Purchase office supplies, beverages and other necessary supplies, maintaining appropriate levels and processing requests promptly.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety in the working environment in accordance with current regulations.

Your profile

  • Organise and manage time to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, suppliers and visitors.
  • Understand maintenance and office services in the Facilities Management field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving operational problems.
  • English B2 as a prerequisite and German as an added value.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.
