Your tasks
- Development, implementation, and optimization of machine learning models and algorithms
- Integration of ML models into production systems and applications
- Building and scaling ML pipelines (training, deployment, monitoring)
- Analysis and processing of large datasets to improve models
- Use of modern frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies
- Development and implementation of model evaluations, as well as monitoring during live operation
- Ensuring the performance, scalability, and maintainability of the solutions
Your profile
- A can-do attitude: You take ownership and drive projects forward on your own initiative.
- Strong discussion and communication skills: You contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and work constructively in a team
- A passion for new things: You enjoy staying up to date in a rapidly changing technological landscape and are always eager to learn.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related field
- Experience as a machine learning engineer or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with deploying and operating ML systems (APIs, monitoring, CI/CD)
- Knowledge of data processing, feature engineering, and model optimization
- Se valorará la experiencia con tecnologías en la nube (por ejemplo, AWS, Kubernetes)
Nice-to-have
- Experience with search technologies or vector databases (e.g., Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Milvus)
- Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), RAG, and prompt engineering
- Experience with MLOps and automated training pipelines
