Your tasks
- You welcome and assist our guests and are the first point of contact for colleagues
- Processing incoming mail and general correspondence are just as much a part of your responsibilities as managing the switchboard
- Planning, implementing and following up on events
- You take care of commissioning caretakers, tradespeople, and other service providers
- Ordering (office supplies, drinks, etc.) and supervising general office matters
Your profile
- Ideally a completed apprenticeship in the hotel or gastronomy sector or in the commercial sector
- You have work experience in the service or reception area
- You work well in a team and can maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
- A professional appearance and appropriate manners
