Last week was a special day of celebration and reunion for our team from Portugal—colleagues from the Lisbon and Faro offices—and Managing Director Ulrich Brandner.
The day began with a group lunch at our office in Faro. This allowed everyone to chat, share stories, and celebrate CIB compass's third anniversary. It was a great moment to reflect on how far we've come and to recognize the teamwork and dedication that made it all possible.
In the evening, we continued our tradition with an entertaining team-building event at the Vila Vita beer garden at Oktoberfest. The atmosphere was lively, with lots of delicious traditional German food, live music, and—of course—German beer!
Antigos colegas, novos colegas
Another highlight of the evening was meeting our new colleagues, who will soon be starting at our office in Faro. It was wonderful to welcome them in advance and share the excitement of them joining our growing team.
