On October 28, CIB software GmbH in Munich hosted the first CIB seven Community Day—a thoroughly successful launch for the new format! Over 40 participants on site and around 50 viewers via livestream followed exciting presentations, live demos, and discussions on CIB seven, business process management (BPM), and the future of workflow automation.
Highlight: The new CIB seven Marketplace
A special item on the agenda was the preview of the upcoming CIB seven Marketplace. Starting next year, the platform will provide central enterprise features such as the Form Builder from CIB flow, connectors, blueprints, and free and paid add-ons from the community.
Another important milestone is the new Webmodeler, which will be integrated as standard in the future and will completely replace the previous Camunda UI.
CIB seven release on November 7
Technically, too, things are progressing rapidly: the next CIB seven 2.1 release is scheduled for November 7. It includes all the changes from the latest community version of Camunda 7 and makes CIB seven a completely standalone solution – with easy migration and long-term stable technology support.
In addition to the technical highlights, the day offered plenty of opportunity for personal exchange. In dialogue with partners and customers, it became clear how strongly the community stands behind CIB seven and how it is working together to shape the future of process automation.
“Inspiration, exchange, and innovation—at the CIB seven Community Day, we set the course for the future of the BPM landscape together with our partners and customers.”
Frank Seboldt, Digitalization Expert at CIB
“A big thank you goes to the CIB team for the excellent organization, the great catering, and the warm atmosphere. You can feel the 36 years of experience that this company has. We are already looking forward to our future together and the next Community Day!”
Kevin Lang, Head of Process Management at brix Solutions AG
