The AI Thought Leader Summit @ CIB Group, which took place in Munich on October 30, was an impressive gathering of thought leaders. There was a genuine exchange of ideas, insights, and inspiration about the future of artificial intelligence.
Participants experienced:

- Lively networking and exciting discussions in an open atmosphere.
In his keynote speech, Professor Dr. Clemens van Dinther, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), explained that AI is on an exponential growth trajectory and presented his research findings on its acceptance in the business world. He drew numerous comparisons to previous technological paradigm shifts and showed that, provided acceptance in the economy remains stable, AI is in the process of bringing about such a shift.
Konrad GrosserKonrad Grosser, CIB, proposed that reliability is the biggest obstacle to ROI in AI. To solve this key problem, he presented several process design patterns that can be modeled in CIB Flow. He highlighted the advanced confidence calibration methods in CIB Recognise and CIB Sherlock, which enable reliable automation.
Francisco Riveros, Google Cloud, gave a fascinating introduction to the Agent Development Kit and demonstrated how even multi-agent systems can be easily programmed.
Johannes Sommer, Tech5, presented digital twins: agents that act as knowledge twins of people within a company.
Bart Polot provided technical insight into MongoDB's vector search capabilities and presented advanced authorization and knowledge management with a fascinating tech demo.
The atmosphere was consistently energetic—marked by lively discussions, intense debates, and excellent catering—a big thank you to all participants and speakers who made this day such a great success. Together, we are shaping the next chapter of AI innovation!
