As an international IT company with locations in Germany, Austria, Portugal and Spain, we introduced the four-day week back in September 2021 and have now firmly integrated it into our everyday working life.

September traditionally marks the start of a new training year and an exciting time in the lives of many young people. This month is also a special highlight for the CIB Group, as we welcomed our new apprentices in Munich on Monday: Marius Wolf is being trained as an IT specialist for application development, and Sascha Schlüter as an IT specialist for system integration.
Last week, our team in Portugal took part in the UAlg Careers Fair in Faro. This was a special occasion for our employees to visit their alma mater, the University of the Algarve (UAlg), again.

On October 20, Porto hosted for the first time the DataPowwow, the "largest student-organized Data Science event in Portugal." The event brought together people from all parts of the country and the world to share and learn about the latest developments in Data Science.
