A few months ago, we asked our employees to participate in a survey on flexible work at CIB, conducted as part of the study "Strengthening collaboration despite permanent work from home" by the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU) .

Study results are available
The experiences and opinions of our entire workforce were collected for the study. This allowed us to gain a comprehensive picture of how our flexible working model with home office is received by employees and how it affects their work and private lives. The results of the study were presented back in February.
